Martin Hambleton

An experienced IT professional, Martin has worked with a number of large organisations including the Imperial Group and NatWest Bank.

His practical experience of the software development life-cycle together with successful management of software development teams over a number of years has resulted in a truly people-focussed approach to the often sensitive issue of knowledge transfer.

First-hand experience of the problems and organisational risk associated with the 'Knowledge Trap' led to the development of the solutions offered to Write by Design's clients today.

Simon Tidby

Simon is a business focussed development and training executive who has worked with organisations like Chase Manhattan (JP Morgan Chase) and Barclays Bank.

While at JP Morgan Chase, Simon managed the IT Graduate Development programme which included the development of both technical and business skills.

It was during his time at JP Morgan Chase that Simon experienced first-hand the issues caused by the lack of an effective approach to deliver training in the internal design of in-house developed application software.
